1. Service Description

ReviveCalls is an automated text reply service for missed calls. When a business using our service misses a call, ReviveCalls sends an automatic text message to the caller with options to book, reschedule, cancel, or ask a question. The service is provided to salons, spas, med spas, and similar businesses.

ReviveCalls is not an AI receptionist, voice bot, or live answering service. It is a simple automated text reply — similar to an email auto-reply, but for phone calls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ReviveCalls. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Account Registration

To use ReviveCalls, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Setup & Activation

ReviveCalls is not an instant-on service. Setup involves registration, carrier review, phone number provisioning, and technical configuration. This process requires time and your patience.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Account activation requires carrier registration and approval, which can take several business days.
Phone numbers must be provisioned and tested before the service goes live.
Some businesses may require additional compliance review based on industry or location.
Estimated timelines will be communicated, but we do not guarantee specific activation dates.
You agree to cooperate fully during setup and provide any information or documentation we reasonably request.
Delays caused by carriers, regulatory bodies, or third-party providers are not within our control.

5. Payments & No Refunds

All payments are final. ReviveCalls does not offer refunds, returns, or credits under any circumstances.

By purchasing or subscribing to ReviveCalls:

You agree that all fees paid are non-refundable.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the service meets your needs before purchasing.
We may refuse any refund request at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReviveCalls only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any local regulations.

You agree not to:

Use the service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging.
Send messages that are fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
Use the service to impersonate another person or business.
Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Results

ReviveCalls is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:

Increase in bookings, revenue, or customer retention.
Recovery of missed calls or responses from callers.
Specific performance metrics or outcomes.

Any statistics or examples on our website are illustrative only and not promises of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviveCalls shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of revenue, profit, or income.
Decrease in business or customer volume.
Missed opportunities or failed bookings.
Data loss or service interruption.
Incorrect or delayed messages.
Negative customer reactions or reviews.
Regulatory fines or legal costs due to your non-compliance.
Setup delays or activation timelines.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviveCalls from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or regulation.
Third-party claims related to your use of the service.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of ReviveCalls. The service may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any downtime or disruption.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding on the ReviveCalls website and service are owned by ReviveCalls and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ReviveCalls at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms
